Freedom is your deep desire. However, no matter how hard you try and how successful others think you are, you feel “not good enough.” You battle your inner critic of  “I am not enough” otherwise known as perfectionism.

Perfectionism is not just focused on being enough or obtaining perfection. It is about your identity (who you are). Perfectionism makes it hard to believe that you are loveable and worthy. Right now. Just as you are. As a result, you may go through your life feeling disconnected from your authentic self.

As your therapist, I desire for you to embrace your imperfections and authentically be you. I want to help you become comfortable believing life is not about being perfect, it is about being REAL - with yourself, with others, and with the world.

EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy)

I am an EMDR Therapist. EMDR Therapy is an extensively researched psychotherapy approach that helps people recover from trauma and other life distressing experiences including, anxiety, PTSD, depression, and unhealed memories.

Online Therapy

I am provide online therapy (telemental health) to clients in Georgia and Florida (https://www.flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/). Counseling occurs via a secure HIPPA complaint telemental health platform called Simple Practice. My Approach

I recognize that while I am expert in my field, I do not know you better than you. Therefore, therapy will be collaborative. We will decide on your goals together.  I will meet you where you are, giving you the space and choice to change when you are ready.

Therapy is a journey of highs and lows. Sometimes you will have to ride the wave until it smoothes out. However, you are not alone. I am riding the wave with you. My clients often say they can hear my voice at times throughout their day or ask themselves the "question what would Bianca say?"

I am not afraid to confront issues head on. I am direct and open. I am interactive in the therapy. If you would like someone that only sits and listens, I may not be the therapist for you. 

I am not supposed to and do not intend to stay with you for the rest of your life. My role is to talk myself out of a job. Therefore, I will empower and encourage you to move forward into your purpose, equipping you with the skills, tools, and resources you can utilize immediately and for the rest of your life.
