Therapy Fees
Free 15 minute Consultation
I provide a free 15 minute consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to explore if I will be a good fit for you. In the consultation I will share how I work with clients, you will also get a chance to share you needs and what you are looking for in therapy and from a therapist. If we both agree we will make an appointment based on availability. If you decide to explore your therapist options I will provide you with referrals that best suits your needs. My main focus is getting you the help that you need.
Therapy Fees
Each therapy session is 50 minutes. My professional fee is an investment of $215.00 per session. Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, debit or credit card are all acceptable forms of payment.
Insurance
I am an "out of network" provider for insurance in Georgia. If you would like to use insurance for therapy, please note the options below.
You can pay for therapy services with a HSA or FSA card.
You may have “out of network,” benefits for mental health services. Out of network benefits allow you to pay for therapy at the time of service and be partially reimbursed by your insurance provider. I can provide you with a monthly statement (called a Superbill) which you may then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
To find out what is covered by your insurance company and reimbursement, call the customer member/service number on the back of your insurance card. Here are the following questions you need to ask:
Do I have out of network benefits with outpatient mental health?
If outpatient mental health is covered, what are my deductibles and have I met my deductibles?
Are there any limitations with outpatient mental health benefits?
Do I require a special referral for reimbursement?
How do I submit my receipt and how long does it take to be reimbursed?
Cancellation Policy
I understand situations may occur where you need to cancel or change your appointment. For this reason, I ask that cancellations or changes be made with at least 24 hours notice. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours noticed will be charged half the session fee.
