Most therapists have heard of imposter syndrome.
Far fewer know what to do when it shows up in the middle of a session.

Despite years of training and real client results, many clinicians find themselves doubting their competence, minimising their strengths, and waiting to feel "qualified enough" before confidently showing up in their work.

They cycle through the same questions: Am I good enough? Am I actually helping my clients? Research shows imposter syndrome disproportionately affects high-achieving professionals, and therapists are no exception.

This workshop goes beyond naming it. You will leave with a real framework for what to do when self-doubt shows up so you can show up more effectively for your clients.

Three things that change how you show up in the room.

01
The Research

What the research says about imposter syndrome in clinicians, how it develops, and the real ways it shows up in your clinical decision-making and the therapeutic relationship.

02
Your Clinical Magic

You will identify at least three of your own clinical strengths and articulate exactly how those strengths support better outcomes for your clients.

03
Your Framework

A three-part framework using client feedback, peer consultation, and your strengths-based foundation so the next time self-doubt shows up, you know exactly what to do.
